All claims in respect of loss or damage of consignment shall be made within a period of 15 days from the date of tendering a consignment to inBoxigo Global Courier Services. Any claim requests received after this period shall not be entertained. Similarly freight refund requests shall not be entertained beyond 15 days from the date of shipping.
1-No claims would be entertained for any damage during transit & delays in delivery due to any reason.
2-Maximum claim for loss of parcel would be USD 50 upto 10kgs & USD 100 above 20 kgs or the declared value whichever is lower.
